Rates

The rate is $190.00 – $230.00 per couple per night, depending on the length of stay and the time of year.

High season November – April
Low season May – August

• Minimum 3 consecutive nights stay (2 nights by exception only – contact us direct to enquire)
• Couples and single only
• Longer periods may apply over Christmas/Easter

Coming and Going

Check-in 2 o’clock, check out 11.00am (Check in earlier or out later by arrangement if bookings permit).
There is no reception. Check in is by arrangement.

Policies and Cancellation

This is strictly a non-smoking property for the comfort of all guests, your hosts and the unique local environment.
For the protection of the local bird and wildlife we cannot allow pets on the premises.
We are happy to send you our cancellation and privacy policy on request including flexible covid contingencies.
